File-by-file verification, not blanket promises.
Vehicle badges and generic ECU family names are not enough to confirm support. The submitted file, controller identification, read method and requested service are reviewed together. If information is missing, the order can be moved to customer-info-needed instead of being processed on assumptions.

Order status and estimated delivery remain visible to the customer.
